Returns & Eligibility
We currently accept return or refund requests only under the following conditions:

The item received is damaged, defective, or

You have received an incorrect item
To be eligible for a refund or replacement, the product must be unused, in its original condition, with tags and packaging intact.
Important Requirement (Unboxing Video)
To help us process your request efficiently and fairly, we kindly require a clear parcel opening (unboxing) video as proof.

The video must show the sealed package being opened

The issue (damage/incorrect item) should be clearly visible
Requests without an unboxing video may not be eligible for refund or replacement.
How to Request a Refund
If your order meets the above criteria, please proceed return by simply clicking return option in product page/ order list or contact us within 48 hours of delivery at support@dresslikeus.in with:

Clear photos of the issue

Our team will review your request and guide you through the next steps.
Refund Process
Once your request is approved:

You may be asked to return the product (if required)

After inspection, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 7–10 business days
Please note that your bank or payment provider may take additional time to reflect the amount.
Non-Eligible Cases
We are unable to process refunds or returns in the following situations:

Change of mind or dislike of the product

Size or fit issues

Requests raised without proper proof (unboxing video)

Used or damaged items (not caused during delivery)
